Bleu Provence, McCabe building on Fifth not sold to Hoffmann. 🇫🇷 “We are pleased to announce that Blue Provence Restaurant and Bleu Provence Fine Wines will remain in the hands and ownership of the Cariot family,” the business posted on its website and social media pages this week. (GB)

Backyard Social food truck park opens. 🍺 Backyard Social combines nine businesses into one spot. The business of Backyard Social employs about 50 people and features games, including duckpin bowling, steel-tip darts, shuffleboard and more. Naples Real Estate landscape transformed. 💰 Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate, part of Hoffmann Family of Companies, has sold a portion of its downtown Naples real estate portfolio to M Development, a high-end company based in Aspen, Colorado. Terms of the sale of the 27 properties were not disclosed; the deal was expected to be finalized Oct. 16. In a news release, Hoffmann called it a strategic move and the largest transaction in the family equity firm’s history. (NFW)
