District lounge, Staff Only speakeasy debut in Naples. 🌸 District is on Central Ave and serves shareable small plates—meat and cheese boards and items such as steak tartare, beef carpaccio, shrimp, caviar, ahi tuna, vegetables and desserts—designed to pair well with craft cocktails. The lounge is open daily from 4:30 p.m. to midnight. (GB)

Naples Pier concessions plans shift as design reaches 80%. 🌊 Architects presented updated renderings with the concession stand above shore to comply with FEMA and the Department of Environmental Protection. Council directed city staff to pursue the new design. (GB)

RSW year-to-date passenger traffic down 14% in July. ✈️ RSW had 5,541 aircraft arrivals and departures, an increase of 6% compared to July 2022. (GB)

Retreat-style Collier Rod and Gun Club at the Preserve approved by planning commission. 🎣 The project is planned southwest of Oil Well Road and State Road 29 and east of Ave Maria. The main goal of the project is to provide a recreational retreat in the wilderness of eastern Collier County, away from booming development in most parts of Southwest Florida. (GB)
