Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town to headline LiveFest ‘23 🎸 at Grant Thornton Invitational, December 9th 2023. A third artist to be announced towards the end of summer, tickets are on sale now! (NDN)

A new restaurant is coming to the Olde Naples Building 🍔 on the southwest corner of Third Street South and Broad Avenue, but a timeline and details of the dining concept are not available yet. (GB)

Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples exceeds $250M💰in pre-construction sales, with more than 50% sold since their launch in January. (NFW)

Design of First Avenue South Parking Garage approved 🚘 by the planning board. The three-story, four-level garage is planned downtown for south of First Avenue S and west of Goodlette-Frank Road, next to Naples Square Building III and the new Gulfshore Playhouse. (GB)

Developer gets $54M loan for Naples apartments. 🚧 The 216-unit apartment complex will be built off Santa Barbara Road between Davis and Rattlesnake Hammock. Construction is scheduled to begin June 1, and the first units will be available for rent in August or September of ‘24. (BO)

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, reopens on July 6 🏖️ as it debuts its ‘Evolution of an Icon’ project, with new pools, bungalows and cabanas, in addition to redesigned rooms, suites, and a new resort lobby bar offering a champagne tasting. (GL)
