City of Naples works with the state to repair beach accesses, seawalls. 🏝️ Having deemed 32 of the 40 accesses safe enough to open, with plans to have 37 open by Oct. 1, the city has entered phase two of the repair project—finalizing design plans with landscape architectural firm GradyMinor for 25 of the accesses still in need of repair. Warren Naples whiskey venue to launch this fall . 🥃 This year’s expected spring or summer launch for Warren Naples was deferred, but the sophisticated whiskey lounge and restaurant are targeted to open this fall to anchor The Collective, a sleek design hub at 111 10th St. S. in Naples Design District.  (GB)

After years of uncertainty, Tampa Bay Rays settle on stadium site. ⚾️ The new stadium will have a nonretractable dome and seat about 30,000 people. It will open in 2028, months after the Ray’s lease on Tropicana Field expires at the end of the 2027 season. (BO)

Hurricane Ian ‘benefit concert’ at Hertz Arena postponed 💸 following WINK News investigation. The event organizer admitted to Investigative Reporter, Céline McArthur, that he’s putting the proceeds into his private company’s bank account. (WNK)
