Maryland man wins $1 million from scratch-off bought at Naples Publix. 💰Florida Lottery announced that Collin Reed, 39, of Baltimore, claimed a $1 million top prize from the $5 Gold Rush Doubler Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Fort Myers District Office. (WINK)

Prominent Naples developer to build car condos in the city. 🚗 The Lutgert Cos. announced Thursday that it’s building Naples Auto Vault at 7007 Airport Road N. Road just south of Orange Blossom Drive. Lutgert paid $5.6 million for the property last year. (BO)

Former dog track set to become family and sports entertainment hot spot. 🐕 After building the Bonita Springs Poker Room at the former Naples-Fort Myers Greyhound Track in Bonita Springs, PBS Contractors moved on to the second project at the site: Sports Challenge America. The facility offers up 10,000 square feet of fun, with six bowling lanes, five simulator rooms, a concession/bar, a private party room that can accommodate up to 25 people and outdoor football, golf, basketball, baseball and soccer challenge areas. Naples resort and water park owners plan to welcome guests by next fall. 🛝 As crews continue to work on Great Wolf Lodge South Florida and its myriad offerings, the hope is that it can open earlier than expected. (BO)
